37 Weeks FULL-TERM BABY

So today marks the "FULL-TERM" baby week of the pregnancy, tomorrow will be another post after we are done at the Doctor. Tomorrow we are supposed to find out if Kimmy is dilated at all and if so (I am hoping) the doctor will induce a week early !!! THat is if he doesnt decide to come sooner.

I am hoping that he comes sooner rather than later i am so tired of not sleeping at night wondering if this is gonna be the night it happens and i have not slept decently in about a month.

We'll more news tomorrow, if i get more time today i may post a little more but i am in school today so i'm a little short of time today.

Cant Sleep

Ok, so, I can't sleep very well lately...mainly because of the pain from my back/leg but also there are so many thoughts flying through my head about the soon pending arrival of Baby Jerry. Our last check-up was friday and everything is good and right on track, but all these thought of how labor goes and what the hell am i supposed to do and what in the world am i supposed to bring to the hospital. And the fact that i am gonna more than likely see a side of my tweety that is a little alien-like (a.k.a "slimy") And i am worried for her cause she is a little scared too and all i do is worry.

I am excited beyond belief about meeting my son, i keep thinking of all the stuff i wanna do with him like taking him to a couple of zoos this summer, teaching him how to pick up chicks :) hahaha just kidding :) and taking him to his first professional hockey game in Minnesota with me (his daddy)   :) Reading him bedtime stories and rocking him to sleep. And I still can't get the thoughts out of my head that i'm not gonna be able to handle it, I am a little scared/nervous/panicky but again i am also sooooooo excited and cannot wait to meet him. I guess its just daddy jitters and all daddys must feel this way, right???

Well anyway i am gonna go and try to fall asleep hopefully i can get some shut eye :)

 Everything is right on schedule with Baby Jerry, his growth is right on track and we should be meeting him sometime within the next 10 weeks :)

Baby Shower

     Kim said the Baby shower was really good and she had a very nice time.  We got so much wonderful things for the little one, he will be very well clothed and have some very nice things.

     I and Kimmy thank everyone who came and thank them soo much for all the wonderful gifts, it is a blessing to have such wonderful people in our lives who do things for one another.

    A very big thank you from me (chris) to Lori and my mother-in-law for taking your personal time from your lives and putting together the shower for Kimberly it is very much appreciated.

     I will try to post some pictures of some of the wonderful gifts we recieved this weekend on here as soon as i have some time, Tomorrow we have one of our first baby prep classes and I (chris) Starts school again this week so i will have to find the time for the picture postings.

     I have updated the family picture page with a couple of new pictures and will post more later on.

MRI day and new movie !!!!!

     Ok so dad had his MRI done today and in the words of Mr Horse from the Ren and Stimpy show..."No Sir....I didn't Like It"  well at least its done and all i have to do is wait for the results hopefully its nothing too bad.

     Kim got bag packed and I am renting a car from work so we can leave tomorrow after I get done with work and drive to Boonville.  Hopefully the weather holds out for us there is some spotty ice and rain forcasted but it should be ok.  No matter what I gonna get Kimmy to her Baby Shower this weekend. 
    
     Kim brought home the move the Hangover, but it is Ghost Hunters night.

     Just gonna rest the rest of the night and watch t.v and i'm gonna take more meds so the pain will subside and well talk to everyone on a couple of days.




    Baby moving and kicking like usual nothing to out of the ordinary, although dad still has not gotten to feel him kick yet :(  hopefully he will get too soon.

Baby Likes Sherbet

     So yes, Baby likes Sherbet :)   Kimmy was having some this evening and he was just just moving around and around she said.  Hahaha She said she had a foot pressing on her tummy.

      Dad is out of work again, had to increase pain meds today, he went in for quite a while today but had to leave, and will be off till thursday afternoon.

     Got the Wii all set up with our internet connection and got our netflix account synced with the Wii so now we can get rid of Cable and have all the TV shows and movies through the Wii.

    Hopefully we can get packed up tomorrow or wednesday for our trip to Boonville this weekend, Saturday is Kimmys Baby Shower at her mom's house in Boonville, so it should be a nice day for all of us and hopefully Kim gets some rest being back home for a while.

    Well thats it for tonight, not too much going on as you can see but this gives us something to do :)

Happy New Year!!!

     So the year of our first born's birth has arrived...only a couple more months to go and its a mixed feeling. We are sooo excited about this but on the other hand I, Myself wonders if i'll be good at it, I think about the "what if's"....What if i forget to take baby when i leave the house........What if I set the baby down to put groceries in the car and I forget about him and leave him sitting in the middle of the Wal-Mart parking lot..........I know these are probably some pre-daddy jitters but i still think about them none the less.

     Anyway i cannot wait to hold him...Tonight Kimmy was having some Chips and salsa we brought home from Hacienda in South Bend the other day and evidently baby must not like spicy salsa because she said he was a little active when she was eating them.
